Student Life

We have many opportunities for building community and friendships in and outside of school. Our students are able to grow socially and emotionally through things such as after school clubs, field trips, performances, and school events.

One of our goals at DCS is to build a community not only among our students, but among our school families as well. We create our calendar intentionally to help foster new friendships and build relationships with other school families through school events such as our Annual Chili Supper and Auction, Muffins with Mom, Donuts with Dad, Grandparents Day, Literacy Night, Sock-Hop, Spring Carnival, and more!
