Faculty & Staff

All DCS teachers go through a rigorous application process which includes, but is not limited to, interviewing with numerous leadership staff, background screenings, and prayer. Collectively, our teachers bring many years of teaching experience and educational knowledge from teaching degrees, content specific degrees, or certificates. DCS staff regularly meet for professional development and also work collaboratively to differentiate instruction for each student. DCS is a non-accredited learning institute.
