Our application and enrollment process is through Facts and you can follow the link to start your application. After submitting your application, DCS office will reach out with a potential offer of enrollment and the link to the enrollment packet.

1. Application Packet: You must submit an application and enrollment packet for each student.
2. The application process takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
3. Before submitting a new student application you will need to pay a $36 fee.
4. When completing the Enrollment Packet: You may upload a copy of your child’s birth certificate and immunization records to the enrollment packet. You can take a photo of the items with your phone or scan a copy to upload.
5. The enrollment packet will require families to choose a payment plan for paying tuition throughout the year.
6. The enrollment fee of $149 is required before you can submit the enrollment packet.
7. When your enrollment packet is submitted you will receive an
   invoice for your book and material fees.
